Shipping Costs, Times and Duties

The shipping cost is calculated in checkout after you enter the address. We have a special partnership with the courier company UPS that guarantees us the best possible price in real time to reach almost any place in the world.

We ship from Italy and the costs for any duties are excluded and borne by the customer.

How long will your purchase take to reach its destination?

We will deliver your purchases via standard service carriers: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays. Products shipped within Italy will be delivered approximately within 3-5 working days and within 7 working days in disadvantaged areas and islands. Products shipped within the European Union will be delivered approximately within 5-8 working days from dispatch. The above delivery terms are indicative and not essential. Any variations will be promptly communicated by e-mail.
